This workshop is to Disseminate TL-EITI reports to the public, particularly to the University level and some members of Governments, Academics and Civil society, how the government manages  natural resources in a transparent manner, and how much the government received the payments from the companies.

This is the ninth report produced by Independent Administrator, Ernst & Young Audit & Associados – SROC, SA in accordance with the EITI Standard 2023, total revenue received by the government increased to $ 1.401 as compared to the year 2021. There are thirty one (31) operators (including subsidiaries) and sixteen (16) subcontractors.

The report contains additional new information from EITI Standard 2023 such as data on Mining Licenses, Anti-Corruption, Environmental Impacts, Climate Change, Energy Transition, and Beneficial Ownership Transparency for contractors (2021 and 2022) are included.

The Government of Timor-Leste effort into ensuring this dissemination remains to be continued throughout the Municipality. In order to close out of the recommendation found during validation in 2022 particularly in relation to requirement 7.1.
